We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened flavour packs or used devices.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ovraofficial.com
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
